Return Policy

EFFECTIVE DATE: AUGUST, 2021

For any subscription with digital access, you can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle and you will not be charged. If you request cancellation less than 3 days prior to your next billing cycle, you may be charged automatically. We will work to refund that charge as quickly as possible.

There are no refunds or credits for partial terms. If you cancel within an active period, you will continue to have access until that period has ended and will not be charged for future periods.

Refunds on the purchase of physical goods can be requested up to 15 days after receipt of the products. There will be a 20% restocking fee for these refunds.

For those purchasing Silver, Gold or Platinum packages, you may request a refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Platinum and Gold package purchasers may request a refund on physical goods up to 15 days after receipt of physical items. Platinum and Gold packages are subject to a $25.00 restocking fee, and refunds will not be issued until items are returned to our warehouse.
